Our quality control system spans raw plastic inspection on 40+ injection machines, sub-assembly testing, and full dynamic load verification.
1. Raw Materials Inspection (IQC)
Verification of plastic resin granules, copper motor coils, bearings, and PCB electronics prior to injection and assembly.
2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Dynamic balance testing at rated spin speeds, high-voltage dielectric withstand checks, and automated water leak testing.
3. Outgoing Pre-Shipment Audit (OQC)
Carton drop tests, barcode tracking, container weight balancing, and third-party inspection (SGS, TÜV, Intertek) coordination.
